traditional herbal remedy for Bleeding Wound, Fracture, Sprained Ankle or Wrist
Any cut or abrasion on the skin that causes blood loss.
Wash the young leaves. Crush and extract the juice from the leaves.
Put a few drops of the juice directly on the wound.
Apply the crushed leaves as a poultice. Bandage snugly but not too tightly to avoid cutting off circulation.
Inflammation of the tissues lining the sinuses, often causing facial pain and pressure.
Heat 10 fresh leaves (4 at a time) directly over the fire without burning them.
While still hot, apply the leaves: On the forehead for frontal sinusitis, or On the cheeks near the nose for maxillary sinusitis.
A wrenching of a joint that stretches or tears the ligaments.
Crush 10 leaves.
Apply directly as a poultice for 10 minutes, 3 times a day.
Other Treatment Steps:
Replace the cooled leaves with newly heated ones until all 10 are used. Do this 2 times a day.
