10 young Tanglad leaves in 2 glasses of water for 10 minutes. Cool and strain the liquid (decoction).

Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 small piece of crushed ginger to the decoction. Stir well.

Age Group Dosage (2 hours after supper)
Adults 1 cup, 3 times a day and after every loose bowel movement.
Children (7–9 years) 1 tablespoon, 3 times a day and after every loose bowel movement.
Children (10–12 years) ½ cup, 3 times a day and after every loose bowel movement.
